The Infrared Spot Lamp emits infrared waves and can be used to heat your vivarium or terrarium. The infrared waves do not interfere with your reptiles day-night rhythm, making this lamp an excellent 24-hour heat source. It can be combined with a daytime heat lamp to replicate a 24-hour light-dark cycle.
